1. As far as exercise goes I'm limited to upper body exercises with light weights as my left shoulder got fucked up after I had a seizure and my left wrist was fractured after a fall. My knees are shot due to all the weight I carried back in 2009-2010. I ended up with lymphedema in my lower legs due to a really bad case of poison ivy. I was in the hospital for almost 4 years and my weight ballooned to almost 800 lbs by 2011. I'm down to 360lbs now and tend to have sugar-free cereal in the morning, a small tin of tuna with an apple and cheese stick at lunch, and a small healthy meal at dinner, with a yogurt for dessert. I know I could probably be eating better but I lack access to snacks due to my eating disorder. All our stuff is locked in the fridge & I rarely ask for snacks because I feel like I'm being a bother. I know I'm a lot better than I was but the closer I get to 50 the more I worry about my weight and how it will affect my lifespan. Especially considering that due to the lymphedema and obesity I'm more like someone in their 60's health-wise.
